Accessibility Statement for Invited Pilot
Effective date: August 8, 2026
ShilohIQ LLC wants the Enterprise Learning OS controlled invited pilot to be usable by people with disabilities and welcomes accessibility feedback from pilot participants.
Current pilot scope
This statement applies to the controlled Enterprise Learning OS invited pilot. Public signup, paid production use, and broader public access are outside this statement's approved scope.
Accessibility measures
Current pilot measures include:
- semantic page landmarks, headings, labels, lists, links, and tables;
- keyboard-visible skip-to-content links on customer and administrator surfaces;
- high-visibility keyboard focus indicators for interactive controls;
- status and error announcements on relevant authentication and recovery flows;
- input-purpose metadata for password-recovery and password-update fields;
- reduced-motion handling for users who request reduced motion; and
- narrow-viewport reflow handling for the administrator summary surface.
Evaluation performed for this release
Before this invited-pilot release candidate, ShilohIQ performed an internal isolated agent accessibility review of the relevant customer, administrator, authentication, recovery, support, Terms, and Privacy surfaces. The review was supplemented by automated browser tests for keyboard bypass behavior, input-purpose metadata, narrow-viewport reflow, authentication and role boundaries, and public policy routes.
This evaluation is an internal agent review. It is not an independent human accessibility audit, third-party certification, WCAG certification, or a blanket claim that every feature conforms to a particular accessibility standard.
Known evaluation limitation
The current controlled-pilot candidate has not undergone a full independent human assistive-technology audit. A broader public, paid, production, or materially changed user experience may require renewed accessibility review, including professional human testing where appropriate.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need assistance using the invited pilot, contact support@shilohiq.com. Include the page or workflow involved, what you were trying to do, the browser or device, and any assistive technology you were using. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other secrets.
Re-review triggers
ShilohIQ will reassess this pilot accessibility baseline when material changes affect navigation, authentication, core learner or administrator workflows, the permitted user population, or the release scope.
